Production Assistent - Fresh Department
Hej, my name is Maria Braganaza, and I work as an Assistent in Production (Fresh) at Plukon.
I started at Plukon as temporary worker on the line and grew into my current role step by step. Today, I plan staffing, raw materials and the timing of truck departures, making sure everything fits once production is finished. What I like most is the challenge: every day is different, and things don’t always go as planned. That keeps me sharp and motivated. For me, doing a good job and improving a little every day is what matters most when working at Plukon.

A good day is when everything runs smoothly – but that’s not every day
A typical day starts with planning: making sure the right people are on shift and the raw materials and packaging arrive on time. I keep an eye on the production flow and the outgoing trucks, so everything lines up when production is finished. Of course, not every day goes smoothly.
When something goes wrong, I focus on finding the cause and fixing the problem together with the team. Even after a tough day, I keep thinking about how things can be done better the next day. And if I work overtime, I sometimes goes back to the line – it feels familiar and even relaxing to focus on just one line.
